1.1. This Offer is exclusively available to currently employed Enterprise employees.
1.2. The Offer is non-transferable to alternative dates.
1.3. Offer is valid for new bookings only and the price promise cannot be applied (Refunded) retrospectively for bookings secured for the same date in advance.
2. Booking Requirements
2.1. Minimum and maximum stay durations may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
2.2. The standard terms and conditions found on www.bluestonewales.com apply to all bookings made under this offer.
3. Offer Details
3.1. The Offer entitles eligible Enterprise employees to discounted accommodation at the rate communicated via official Bluestone communication channels such as a Bluestone Email address or quoted via the phone through the sales team.
3.2. The discount applies only to the room rate and does not include additional services such as meals, transport, or activities unless otherwise stated.
3.3. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers such as Earlybird or Free Elf tickets etc.
3.4. Proof of active Enterprise employment may be requested upon arrival.
4. Payment and Cancellation
4.1. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as per the standard terms and conditions found via www.bluestonewales.com.
4.2. Unpaid breaks will not be held overnight.
5. Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1. All guests must abide by the guest conduct rules outlined in the standard terms and conditions.
6. Liability
6.1. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
7. Modifications and Termination
